How do I return an item?


In order for idh to provide our customers with prompt processing of returned goods credits, all claims for damaged or defective products and for shortages must be reported to idh within 5 business days from date received and must be accompanied by an idh numbered RGA (RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION) form.

Returned goods will not be accepted without an idh RGA form and an assigned RGA#. Returns must have an idh RGA number clearly marked on each carton/box. An RGA is valid for 30 days from date of issuance. Please reference invoice number, purchase order number, and date.

All products returned will be subject to idh inspection. All products returned must be in its original condition and in its original packaging to be credited to the customer's account.

If applicable, a restocking fee of 20% of invoiced value of the product(s) plus freight will be charged. Customer is responsible for any damages incurred in transit and credit will not be allowed for damaged products.

All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.
